Lake Roosevelt

May 2008

Our last campout of the year - it is becoming a tradition for us to come to Roosevelt Lake and play in the water all weekend. This isn't really camping - we stay in the SRP houses up on the hill overlooking the lake - but it's a blast!
Okay, enough talk about this outing, let's get in those boats and have some fun!
Hold on, Ryan!!!
OOPS!
Next up -- Tyler and Tyler

And now just Tyler!
I love this!

I love this!

I love this!

I hate this!
Man overboard!
Ryan and Michael -- this is fun!
This is so fun!
Michael and Ryan - where did you go?

Men overboard!
Hang on, it's going to be a bumpy ride!

And they're down!
You can't make us fall off, Mr. Weber, go ahead and try!
Hey, I'm still out here in the middle of the lake!
Little too much sun today, Mr. Vullo??
I know there is a lesson in this picture, does it have anything to do with the Boy Scout motto?
And back at the ranch.. a bunch of tired dudes. And they weren't the ones on the tubes all day!
Time to get some grub going, where's Cookie?
Mr. Kiefer caught himself a stringer full of asparagus fish - yummy!
Is this enough fish for all of us? And where's the head? I think Mr. Vullo ate it.
Cobbler - of course!

Line up for seconds!
How about thirds??

Mr. Moyer brought his radio control helicopter along - very cool!!

Thanks to the trip leaders, Mr. Weber and Mr. Mikac, and to the Axelsons and Moyers and Webers for bringing your boats! A great way to end the Scout year!
