Hiking Merit Badge
The hiking merit badge is a difficult but fun Eagle-required merit badge to earn! It requires five ten-mile hikes and one twenty-mile hike. Of course they are all flat!

Our first hike of the year was a 10-mile loop through South Mountain Park, including a visit to Hidden Valley and Fatman's Pass. Guess where Mr. Weite is in this picture??

Our next 10-mile hike is a 10-mile loop in the Superstitions around Black Mesa.
